There are no studies or report showed that Vyvanse can decrease your chances of getting pregnant. It can be because this drug does not positively or negatively affect your ability to conceive. However, if you are planning to get pregnant, you should talk to your doctor before taking this drug.

Although there are no animal or human studies conducted yet regarding the connection of this drug to pregnancy, other drugs with similar effects to this medicine have shown to increase the risk of birth defects, as well as miscarriages, when they were given to women, who were pregnant, in high doses. Because of this, Vyvanse is considered as a Category C medication. This means that it may or not be safe to be used during pregnancy.
